My hair after using the oh-so-expensive-and-branded flat irons >.<
So far, I love it! It got hot very quickly like in a matter of seconds. My hair lasted the entire day without using any products or such. Only when I put like some serum and milk that it started to curl back again.
I used a lower setting for my hair because my ends are super damaged due to bleaching, coloring, rebonding and heat treatments. And also because I had baby pink (Oh so cute) extensions in my hair! - They are like a dollar each at Far East Plaza, Singapore. Mine was $1.50 because of the color. I hunted with Qiushi, HuiEe and JunXian up and down for this color. HuiEe got hers in purple. Looks subtle and mysterious. Nice.
Anyway back to my flat iron ---- Super fast to use, easy and great! I was watching tutorials on Youtube to learn how to curl hair using a flat iron! Greatness, it really works. I will try them some day but don't want to spoil my straight hair style just yet.
Really thing investing in a good flat iron is worth it. When I get married, I am going to invest in a CHI or a PHI. Lots of hype about this company (Farouk) for their flat irons.
I wonder how my kids' hair would turn out. Curl like mine or straight like his? Hmm. When I was younger, my hair was stick straight. Like wispy and brown - people said I was a japanese doll. Lol. Well, when I got to primary school, it started to become coarse and thick and curly. Beats me. I wish I got mom's naturally wavy hair. Mine's fried and dead.
Overall, the iron looks good while it last.. Design-wise, its pretty good. Althought it can get very hot under the clamps corners. Price-wise, retailing at USD$250 is a little costly for me. Even the CHI cost only liek USD$99. It was on discount so I decided to get Jose Eber instead. Temperatures are adjustable from 180 Degrees to 420 Degrees. It's a good iron I think. At least for now. Comes with a nice box and a lifetime warranty, applicable IF you got the product from the store itself and not some online retailer.
On a side note. I am puzzled with Everyday Minerals email. First it says Pending, then error, then it said Funded. But the website accounts said Shipped. So will I get my minerals OR NOT?
Paid for the sample sizes for 4 Lancome Mascaras already! Can't wait to get my hands on them. 3 Black Mascaras and 1 Primer! Heard they are all very good.

Until this day, my the 300 SGD transaction has not been void. As the conversation with Sandra (administrator manager of jose eber) on July 15th, 2010 Sandra promised to void that transaction. I've mailed, text messegaes and called many times. Still no answer. Void the 300 SGD, u're employee (Lynn) did that fake transaction. I bought one that cost 150 SGD in vivo city on July14, 2010 BUT in my credit card bills was has two transaction, 300 SGD and 150 SGD. Do the void. Its a lot of money. Respect u're customer. I never been cheated like this and leave on blind as a customer.
Did u get anymore replies after that? If still no refunds, get the police. They have other stores in Wisma and Jurong pt.
